Jane had a a very busy and successful Autumn and Christmas schedule of orders and exhibitions – Goldsmiths’ Fair, Origin, Dazzle exhibitions in Manchester and London, the Cockpit Open Studios, ‘Art Carat’ at Mayer Goldschmiede in Munich and a solo show at the Scottish Gallery, and her work was shown in new galleries (the Balman Gallery in Corbridge, Sirius Jewellery in Stamford and – new for her - Galerie Cebra in Dusseldorf) as well as ones she knows well.

There was a feature article about her work as ‘Antiques for the Future’ in BBC Homes and Antiques Magazine in January 2010, in which Antiques Roadshow expert Joanna Hardy wrote ‘What stopped me in my tracks… were the organic shapes, simplicity of design and lightness of her pieces… Jane’s jewellery is unique – it doesn’t remind me of anyone else’s…’

She is also receiving some much needed business mentoring as part of the Crafted project, which is developed by the Walpole Group and Arts and Business, with funding from American Express, a project which ‘aims to foster a sense of entrepreneurialism and commerciality amongst craft businesses and give them a set of unique opportunities that will help them grow and develop.’
